I have been trying to install the Itunes software and I get a message at the end as follows:

"The install script engine is missing from this machine. If available, pease run ISScript.msi , or contact your support personnel for furhter assistance."

Being non technical I'm not sure how to fix this. Microsoft refers to starting something called Virtual PC whiuch I have no idea how to do.

Please Help....Thank You....
