Where to begin?
1) THe Windows Task Manager will not give me all the options, Lock Computer and Change Password is no longer an option, (all grayed out).
2) I tryed to uninstall software and received the message: Operation has been cancelled due to restricktions in effect on this computer. Please contact your computer administrator. (Pops up twice, even thought I selected once.)
3) View System Information gives me the same error message and pops up twice.
4) Internet Explorer was extremely slow in openning and I reviewed the CPU hits for the exe(s). I noticed McciTrayApp.exe was running. Where it is not a bad thing, it was taking a lot of resources. So I stopped the process and everything speeded up. (A little, windows were still hanging and non-responsive.)
5) I have been running Spy-Eraser and it says it cannot delete everything it is finding. But sdoes not tell me what it cannot delete. Not helpful.
6) I have been also running Lavasoft Ad-Ware and it finds the same problems over and over, so they are redeveloping or the software is not deleting the root of the 'worm' or 'ad-ware'
7) I tried to load and install STOPzilla and of course, my system will not allow me to. (Wouldn't let me remove, so wasn't going to let me install.)

I am apparently over my head in adware or malware or something yuckie!!
