When I am online with my new computer w/windows vista, 75% of the time when I want to change pages I can't becuase work offline under tools has somehow become checked. When I uncheck it it almost always checks back on when I try to surf again. Anyone know how to uncheck work offline permanantly? Thanks in advance.

Look in the registry (START >> RUN >> REGEDIT)

Using regedit, find the folder:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WebCheck

Check these two String keys and ensure they look like this:
"LoadSens"="auto"
"LoadLCE"="auto"

Create them if necessary
