I just bought a new laptopits an Acer aspire 5100 with amd turion 64x2 processorwith2 gb ddr ram and so on. My problem is that all the icons seem to change by themselves and i can fix it for example:In my start menu where it shows recently opened programs ill for example have frostwire or calculator in the list but the icons that dipict them are not what they are suppose to be. Like frostwire will have another programs icon beside it and when i try to chabge in the properties it already shows the proper icon or calculators icon will be a lock or when i have for example messenger open and aries and i open a new conversation window the icon by the system tray button will be arie icon but it should be messenger icon. And to further my frustrations my cursor does this thing where it blinks the little icon like it preparing to open something but just fast blinks. What is going on can someone help me coz this is very frustrating and begining to be a real nuisance and yes I am running on Vista home premium is this the problem is vista really as garbage as i hear it is. pls help me fix this annoyance...genusx
