Cant open Outlook Express, As window starts to open I get a runtime error message flash up briefly and then all shuts down back to desktop.

Hopefully you can see the attachment. Tried the uninstal and reinstal to no effect also tried earlier restore points with no effect.

Ran both progs you advised. The first found Nothing and the second I didn't have a clue what to delete if anything. Did you see the attachment on my original post?

try running msoft malicious tool full scan first link,then look through second link,download installer clean up to see if this helps
