I have been printing my calendar, the only part of it that shows any color is if I block out or designate a particular item and label it as business, etc, then those labels print in color

I too, wouldn't mind knowing how to print a calendar in color. I have a client who is trying to print her calendar in color, and even through the print preview shows the calendar items in color, it always prints in black and white. Client claims she's seen it done before, but apparently she has seen no one in her organization do it yet. Yes, she is trying to print to a color printer and yes, we've checked all the settings multiple times to ensure it's not printing in grey scale or black and white. I'm beginning to think that printing your Outlook Calendar in color is not even possible. Any more insights?

Kinda funny though. I have one. I guess you have to designate and label events to make them color. Ah, it lightened the mood...
