I installed Microsoft Office Professional 2003 and everytime I open Outlook I get an error message:

c:\users\Margie\Appdate\Roaming\AddIns\outlvba.dll is not a valid Office Add-In

And then it tries to install again. Eventually Outlook will open up, but everytime you open, send, compose, etc. the Windows installation dialogue box appears and attempts to install for about 2-3 minutes

There is not a outlvba.dll file in this location.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office. I have done a repair. Tried some things I found on the net, but none were for Vista and the instructions would lead to locations that did not exist.

This is driving me crazy.

Any suggestions?
