Try sending a few large messages from Outlook Express to see if that makes a difference.

Contacted Trend Micro again and they sent me the following:- (1)"Click on Start Run>(2) On the open field, type services.msc and then click OK. (3) Look for Trend Micro Proxy Service and then double click on it. (4) Under the general tab, click stop. (5) Under the Startup Type section, select Manual. (6) Click on apply> OK. (7) Restart the machine." They said to also set the Personal Firewall Profile to Home Network which was already set on my computer. Let you know after testing.

Yes i`ve had the same problem. Have a look at all the recent posts on this subject " emails stuck in outbox sending in multiples", you may have to try various things. I found EA Fiedler very helpful. Contact your ISP also. Trial and Error. Cheers

Tried the following: In email accounts clicked on outgoing mail server tab-ticked "My outgoing server requires authentication" box-Doing this then puts a black dot against "Use same settings as my incoming mail server". It seems to me after doing this my emails, particularly with larger attachments (1-2mb) are going out of the outbox quicker. 1mb took about 6 minutes on a few occassions no multiples. Wait and see attitude. Cheers

I am also having the same or similar problem. I am using outlook express, large email messages with attachments get stuck in the outbox and I get an error message with no details. However, the people I am sending the emails to claim that they are receiving the mesagges with the attchments multiple times. I am an architect so I need to email large attachments (drawings) all the time to my clients, please Help!
