The best chance that you might have would be to go to
www.microsoft.com/powerpoint, find, download and install the free "Powerpoint Viewer." Open the presentation once on one display, then click once on the presentation file (.ppt), hold down the Shift key, right-click on the file again, choose "Open With..." and find the Powerpoint Viewer application to use. That way you'll actually be using two separate programs to open the file, lending two separate displays.
