I'd like to know if I can put an entire playlist from iTunes into a Power Point slideshow. I currently operate Windows XP home edition. Could someone tell me of I can and how to do it? Or how else I could get a series of songs into my presentation without having to worry about timing it out. Thanks!

Good ...
Just open the mp3s in Audacity ... edit it ... and add to the power point.
There's a learning curve for Audacity.

I don't do PP, but I have converted PP to a video (playable on a DVD player) and added a sound track.

Audacity can cut, copy and paste just like you would for a linear text file.
So ... you can crop the music (up/down to size) and edit a fade in and fade out .... and/or add (copy/paste) more.
I made the video first ... noted the playing time .. then made a sound track to fit.

Audacity can also record anything your computer can play ... and make a wav or mp3 file.
Is this answering your question ??

Thanks for the input, I'll check that out. The reason I asked about I tunes is because I have the songs already there, but at this point I'll take any input. Thanks again!!

Don't know about iTunes ... last I looked, iTunes looked like it could make it difficult.
I use the freeware Audacity to edit the lenght(s) of audio clips to fit the video/presentation. I just add them as mp3's
