Thank you so much for responding, Tabvla. I downloaded the uninstall program you recommended but I'm not sure how to get it to find programs that I've uninstalled but may still have remnants left on my system. I really would like to get rid of those printers. I'll look into it on their website and if you have any suggestions, I'd really appreciate it.

Last night I downloaded from Microsoft the Back up for Outlook and created a folder to store a copy of my .pst file and also exported my contacts information as a .cvs there. Is that what you are talking about? I did not put the files on a disc, I have them now in a folder in my documents.

I also back-uped all my important documents and other things I work on and use onto CDRWs. I try to do that from time to time in case of a problem.

Office was installed by Dell before the computer was shipped but I requested all the CD's of programs that I purchased. I have the Office CDs that have like a hologram printing on them and the product key is on the case they gave me.

I guess I first need to see about getting rid of those printers. Are there files that they created that are shared by other printers and that I need to leave alone?

Again, thank you for everything.
