Okay I have Word 2003 using some templates developed by Oracle (Oracle Tutor Author). When I use these templates in the PC that is having problems I can open this template. I can start a new project and I can save it. If I then close out of word and open this template again and pick to open an existing document I get an error that Winword.exe has had a problem needs to be reported and then it goes through an autorecovery.

Word functions just fine without the templates being used on regular documents. I also have tried as admin on the machine and as a standard user. I also tried an uninstall of Office and a reinstall. I tried copying the templates from a known working machine to this one. I verified the vbe6.dll is the same versions on both machines. I am running out of things to check I would like to avoid a rebuild if possible.

I found some refferences to similar errors being part of a PDF maker but this user has nothing like this but Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 with nothing to make PDF's at all.

Anyone have any suggections? Event ID and decription is always the same numbers the time is the only thing that changes depending on when I try and run this.

Thank you.
