My Server is a Windows Backoffice Server 4.5. I want to upgrade only my sql server to 2000 not the complete backoffice server. Is it possible?

Once installed, I assume it will have to be configured? How hard is administration? Dose It integrate with Active Directory? I seen a book and it is about 5 inches thick.

There will only be about 20 users. I will not be creating any database. I was just looking over the paperwork and it said if SQL is not installed it will install MSDE. But it will only support 5 users. I guess I have to use SQL. This should be a fun project. Thanks for all your input. By the way Mike where are you locatded? Where do you work? (If you dont mind me asking)

Love my life!!
