I have a new Windows 2003 SQL server. When it boots up I get this error." the instruction at "0X00145088" Referenced menory at "0X00000014". The memory could not be "written" Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it. Please help

Look in the event log under Appications or services. It is apparently a startup process that is throwing this error. Have you recently installed any software that coincides with this error??
