I'm trying to install AutoCAD 2005 on Windows 2000. After it extracts files it tells me to reboot to continue. I reboot, get a window installer dialog box that said, "This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exist and that you can access it, or contact your vendor to verify that this is a valid Window Installer." What do I do to get passed this so I can continue the installation process??? Thank you!

Do you have the windows installer update installed? You can view your update history on windows update. I have had a few issues with apps that do not seem to like the new installer.
