I just got a new hard drive and I am installing windows 2000 onto a hp computer, when I go to install off the cd it says "hp e-diagtools cannot be found on your bootable hard disk" it also says that I have boot failure from my hard disk and cd rom. So I went looking online and I found someone with the same problems and they said you need to make a floppy boot disk, so I found out how and I went through the procedure with the 4 disks that you get off of your windows 2000 cd ( I did this on an already working computer) and it still jsut gives me the same damn message !!! does anyone have any idea what i can do ??
