I am reinstalling my Windows 2000. It worked okay before but I started having some trouble with some of the DLLs, so I thought a fresh install might fix the bad DLLS.

It goes through the whole install process, but hangs up at the upgrading IIS section every time. Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this? I haven't changed any of the hardware since I installed 2000 last time.

I'm just installing it again. I have tried using setup.exe from desktop, I have tried booting from the cd, and I have tried to repair an installation using recovery console.

Now, whenever I reboot, the system goes to the setup. Is there a way to bypass this or am I screwed?
