On my 2 Windows 2000, SP2 Servers, whenever I try opening up a web page using Internet Explorer (e.g. like Google.com)...it simply sits there. It does not retrieve the page and sits there for a long time until time out. I cannot get to any web pages, but can ping the web pages (e.g. ping www.google.com).

Furthermore, this also happens to other components like Network Neighborhood. Where I would try to open up Network Neighborhood but only get the busy icon.

Any ideas?
