I am trying to trouble shoot a users computer that is running windows 2000 pro. Whenever she tries to open a network drive from within excel it hangs for about 5 seconds before opening. When I navigate to network places, and try to access the same network drive it hangs there as well. Has anyone encounter such a problem and know of a fix?
