I am in the process of learning Dreamweaver UltraDev 4 and noticed that in order to learn how to construct a database driven site you need to be connected to a server that supports either ASP, JSP or CFML. Is there any way that I could either emulate a sever through my PC using Win 98SE or would I need to have support for atleast one of those languages through my hosting company?

Or you can try this http://www.tzo.com/FreeWebServer/easy.htm it is a trial server software.
