Hello,
I have been searching for a good tutorial on Dreamweaver 8. I have been googling the search, but I figured I'd ask you guys to see if you have had experience with any good ones. Thanks.

Also, web design tutorial sites in general will be much appreciated also. Thanks!

Peachpit are pretty good books. Look for ones with CD's for sure or at least online examples you can download. I would however go with the ones from people that have worked developing DW, like the MX Magic book I mentioned earlier.

anyways, go here http://www.lynda.com/freepass/macrod...epassredir.asp in IE and get a 24 hour free pass to download, well not download but to watch in the browser, then look here for dreamweaver 8 tutorials http://movielibrary.lynda.com/html/index.asp

hoped that helped.

Thank you very much for your time and links! I appreciate it!

Also, may I ask what you are you using instead of Dreamweaver (just for reference)?

I learned Dreamweaver using the H.O.T book (hands on training) and I thought it was a wonderful learning resource. You build a webpage step by step using a lot (but not all) of the Dreamweaver features. I don't know if they have one for 8 out yet but you could get the MX version, I'm sure it's not much different. Here is a link;

Thank you for the help. I have been looking at tutorial books lately and saw I few good ones. How do you feel about the ones writting by PeachPit Press "Quickstart guides"? Also, what are good things to look for in a tutorial book? Thanks

Always make sure to read the help manual. I found this invaluable when creating dynamic content for my website. Also, if you couldn't be bothered to learn languages etc, go to the dreamweaver exchange. They have really powerful extensions there (especially the mx Kollection!). Creating mailing lists, forums, user registrations, dynamic searches becomes a doddle.
