Google does not show any returns for eusex.exe or K32Thk1632 which suggests this may be a virus or spyware program that has been stopped by your security software.

Hi, I'm stupid again for obvious reasons. When I open XP I get the same message about "K32THK1632" not being in dynamic link library kernel 32.dll. Here is what I did that started this mess. In windows 98 I had a program called remove-it 98 by quarterdeck. Wonderful program for me. So installed it in XP. Not compatible, but it is my program files and you can't uninstall, delete or remove the "thing". Nor can I uninstall quarter deck which is also causing problems. Hope this give you more info to figure out the problem. Thanks ever so much!!

eusex.exe
checking startup data bases, suggests it is possibly related to your sound card.

following is the entry from Bleeping Computers
Sound related and can be disabled without affecting performance although advanced sound features may be sacrificed. May be related to Compaq PC's with "SoundMAX integrated Digital Audio" (Analog Devices Inc.) devices
