Hello. Here's the scoop: After running Secure Clean, my TurboCAD and Visioneer programs cause a failure. More specifically, after opening TurboCAD and attempting to add text or, running Visioneer and trying to save files to a different folder, I get an error as follows: TurboCAD (or Visioneer) for Windows Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. There is a "click here for more info" link, which leads to another link that contains a grundle of info, I don't understand. The report is saved in a temp folder. I can post it and/or a HJ-This log here. I tried reloading/clean install/safe boot and it still doesn't seem to help. Sys Restore is not an option as Secure Clean kills it for its process. I even loaded a different version of TurboCAD and it also doesn't work. I ran Windows update and Trend Micro to get all updates. Spybot catches a CWS.msconfig.exe variant but I can't see how it would cause the problem(s) I'm facing. Please help/advise!
XP Pro. plenty of ram and such.
