I have run clean the registry in above application and when I come to delete the obsolete entries it comes up with an error message written in French " incorrect file name " and won't let me delete them. I also tried to delete some start up entries and the same thing happens with that. I have used this program for ages without any trouble. I have tried changing the file name and then trying to delete it but it just keeps coming up with the same error message and not letting me delete them.

Any ideas anyone ?

Not a good idea to mess with the registry . If you want my advice do a system restore to before you went in there and dabbled ....

Klw,your problem with the application is strange.I myself have used it for years but never came across a problem like yours.Maybe the software is corrupt and you should consider redownloading it again.You can download it from any of the following links:-

Even if it is not corrupt,this will get you the latest version.Also,this will eliminate the possibility of corruption and help you to resolve it more easily.And it is so small that redownloading it won't make much difference to anyone.Who knows,it may be the fix you are looking for.Anyways,whatever may be the case,you are surely going to benefit in every way.This was my suggested fix.I don't know whether it will work or not but I heartly wish that you resolve it soon.Good Luck.
