i cant do any of the thinks you tellin me..cause my system tells me the same thing that IE still running when i already deleted everything.. uninstalled it fromt he system n some how it tells me that there is : setup has detected a newer version of IE already installed on this system. Setup cannont continue .. so i cant open the IE 6 setup..

here is mcafee removal tool. i would remove it from the system ,reboot and reinstall if you want the product.

i download the removal tool..
n i installed it again.. it worked for
like 2 weeks.. but then the problem came again..
it seem that there is something wrong when i register
the product..

also, I recommend using firefox as internet browser . Download from
this website (www.mozilla.com)
and install before rebooting, in case ie6 does not want to work.
