Sad<br />Hi I am having problems with my pc line w310 webcam.<br /><br />It was working fine bu now when I plug it in it says I need usbvm302.sys<br /><br />If anyone knows what this is or where I can get it, I would be ever so grateful<br /><br /> Grin

I've got the exact same problem and the thing is I've just moved and can't find the CD that came with it but I tried looking in the files already saved in my computer and reinstalling from them after saving them on a disc but it wont work.

Also, to answer the above question, I don't know what a chipset is... I just know the model name PCL-W310.

 i am having same error message i solvite by downloading the driver from the website .
try this don't download if your cam doesn't look the same as the the one on the website . goood luck .
