I'm having quite some problems installing my LS-1000 scanner under windows 2000. I have tried to install the ASPI32.exe even though at Adaptec's site they warn not to do it with 2000.

Well...

Any suggestions??

There don't look like they've been verified for Win2000, but they may work since they say 95/98/NT 4.0.  The scanner is not on the Windows 2000 Hardware Compatibility list, either just to let you know.  If that software doesn't work, it looks like you will need to get another scanner.
