My brother and I put a new 100gb hd into an older laptop (800mhz, 256mb ram). When trying to install 98 from the Windows disk, it gives an error saying, "an error was detected while formatting your primary hard drive partition. Press enter to quit setup." It's a brand new hd, but I was getting that same message on the older hd. Any ideas?
