How many internet explorers can I run on one PC. I am using Windows Me and tried to use my Logitech web Cam to talk to and send messages to people in Norway but it makes all my emails look all screwed up or jumboed with a language I didn't even know exists. So I'm thinking that it has something to do with using a different language. So can I download one internet explorer in english and also have one in another language.

The only valid way that I would see running more than one IE on a single machine is to dual boot Windows 98 and ME. Since you are running ME, I would say dual boot Windows 98 and ME, or 95 if you want the really old versions of IE. With 95 you can run IE 1.0 to 5.5 SP2; ME 5.0 to 6.0 SP1.

If you mean by "stand-alone" it is only possible to run a single version of Internet Explorer on one PC at one time. When you install a new version, it "overwrites" the older version. I say "overwrite" because it is always possible to revert back to the previous version. For example a clean install of NT4 on my PC would install IE 2.0 but then I would install 5.5 SP2. It is always possible to go back to IE 2.0 by going to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, etc.

If you did a full install of IE (not "minimal" or "typical") it should have Multi-Language support.
