Hi,

I have this strange problem in outlook 2003:
When I go to Sent Items folder, and I double click on any E-mail that I sent, then the email is opened, but on the screen of the email I see that the my name, that appears in the "From" line, and all the recipients names, that appear in the "To" line - are all TRUNCATED.

When I say truncated, I mean that the names appear partially. Only the first characters of the names appear, and it is truncated approximately in the middle of the name.

For example:

assume that my name is: MyCompany/MyDepartment/MySection/MyName

so in the "From" line I see only: MyCompany/MyDepartm

Same thing happens to all the names of the recipients in the "To" line.

I want to add that all the emails that I send do arrive to the recipients, and in their computer they see it correctly (without the truncation).

It happens only in my computer and ONLY in mails that I open in the "Sent Items" folder.

I would appreciate any help. Best Regards.

Is this the way that you have your contacts set up. If you look at your contacts and you have the job title in the display line that is how it will send.
