This has been like this for about three days now, Windows update fails and comes up with
error code 80072EFD
. Any suggestions please... I am using Vista and I am regretting why I bought a microsoft product again.

I have done the first bit but on RUN command came back with this:
The module "Gpkcsp.dll" failed to load.
Make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependent .dll files.
The specified module could not be found.
