This has been like this for about three days now, Windows update fails and comes up with error code 80072EFD. Any suggestions please... I am using Vista and I am regretting why I bought a microsoft product again.

I have done the first bit but on RUN command came back with this:

The module "Gpkcsp.dll" failed to load.
Make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependent .dll files.
