If you click the "continue checkout" link, you'll see the below image, just fill the form and click "Agree and Continue" Button.

 

Then click the "Pay $19.95 Now" button to finish the payment.

After the last step you'll see the below successful information. Now you just make sure you are available in MSN or Yahoo. Our support will contact you in 5 minutes and try to fix the issue.
