How to register when you first access our website?
After access the website, we can see Register link on the top of the website. Please click Register and fill in the necessary information and click submit.

How to login the website if you have registered already?

Please use the user name and the password to login the website on the top on the website. Please see below. The Save cookie can remember your user name. You can choose save cookie for 1 week, 2 week, 1 month and so on.

After login, we can see the message website which shows all the messages sent to you, click to read. We can go to Home, Forum, Support (online support), Settings, Search (which can search for thread), documents to find what you want.

How to change personal settings?

Please click Setting to change personal settings.

After click the Settings, we can see the information list. Please click "Edit profile" to change the settings.

After click the "Edit profile", we can change gender, upload portrait and select country and design your signature there. The portrait must less than 512K. The signature may include text and picture less than 512K. After finished, click "Update profile" to save the changing.

How to search in the Forum?

After login, we can click the Search button on the top of the website. Please see below.

After access the search website, please use the keyword to search the information you want. Please click the subject you want to see the detail information.

How to enter the Forum?

After login, please click Forum button to enter the Forum. We can also choose the Operating System of the type of the question on the left navigator to enter the Forum directly.

How to start a new topic?

After entering the Forum, we can see many topics in it. Please choose one in which you would like to start the topic. For example, if you would like to start a Microsoft Word subject, enter Microsoft Word forum.

Click "Start new topic"

Enter the Topic name, Point and the content, and click submit button. We can change the size and the color you like and we can also upload pictures.

After submit the topic successfully, we can see the topic in the list of the Microsoft Word topic, click the topic name to enter the topic. Your information is listed on the left includes: name, level, professional point, experience, thread, post, total online time, last login date and status. The right is the content of your topic. Replies list below your content.
