1.Download and install the UltraVNC. (Download UltraVNC)

2.Add a online help request

3.Wait while your request is being processed.

4.Start "UltraVNC Server", There are two methods to start UltraVNC. 

4.1 Double click the icon on the desktop

4.2 Click the icon in start menu

5. If it is the UltraVNC server's first run, the screen dispalys as follow,  click the "Unblock" button to move on.

6. Enter your private password(Whatever you like), and remove the special option. Then press "OK" button

7. Right click the icon at the right bottom, and click the "Add new client" menu.

8. Enter the IP address that our supporters notify and click the "OK" button to get help.
