Trojan Horse (Microsoft Windows XP->Virus cleaning)

Norton Internet Worm Protection detected Trojan Horse in the following file:
"C:\windows\system32\fxsclnt.exe".

This is a known bug in some Norton products. When sending faxes, fxsclnt.exe will try to connect to the Internet. Some Antivirus or firewall programs will recognize it as a Trojan Horse. In fact, it’s the fax component. We can configure the Norton AntiVirus program to ignore the fax component program. Regarding how to do this, please contact Symantec for direct assistance:
