This issue is caused by the Power Management of the Network Card.

Let's perform the steps below to troubleshoot this issue.

1. Click Start, click Run, and type "devmgmt.msc" (without quotation marks).
2. Expand the "Network adapters" and right click on your network adapter and choose "Properties".

3. On the "Power Management" tab, clear the box beside "Allow this computer to turn off this device to save power".
4. Click OK to apply this setting.
