Error IE could not open the search page (Microsoft Windows XP->Internet setting(IE) )

The error message "Internet Explorer could not open the search page" was recieved when you would like access the web site.

This issue can be caused if you have PC-Cillin firewall installed on your computer. If this is the case, please remove it from your computer and test if the issue persists. For troubleshooting purpose, please also temporarily remove any other firewalls or antivirus software such as Zone Alarm, Norton Internet Security or McAfee since they can cause similar issues.
